I hate weekends that feel like they just started and then they're over. That's what this one felt like. It's Sunday night... really? My Sunday has gone a little something like this:
Wake up at 9:16am to my great friend, Andrea, sleeping on my futon. Though she was supposed to be up at 9am... so I decided that we didn't have to get up until 9:30am... Well, then we ended up actually getting up closer to 10:15am. Side note: Her alarm is awful.
One quiz I studied for went surprisingly well. And the other exam I had around 2:30pm went surprisingly well also. So, overall, the day was fairly successful in turns of academics. I mean, accounting really really sucks... but I somehow managed (or so I think/hope) to pull out a decent grade.
Andrea and I returned to Halloran only to study a different subject. Business Management 330 (or business statistics) because that exam is on Tuesday. I didn't even get to celebrate my completion of the accounting exam... Somehow, I'm almost done with the practice problems.
The thing that irks me about that is that my professor does not know how to be consistent. I mean, some problems he has the right answer, then apologizes the next day when they're wrong on the "answer sheet." Some problems he rounds up, others he rounds down (we're supposed to round up). How am I supposed to learn from that? I was trying to avoid the hard professor, but they're apparently both pretty awful.
I ended the night with ice cream from Cold Stone. I got the "That's How I Roll" creation in the Love It size (fatty!). But it was awesome! Cake batter, yellow cake, pecans, cinnamon... the works. Never had it before, and it was a success.
Also, a picture from Mount Formal last night. My friends are great and like to take pictures of me looking like I'm naked. But it was a really great time and nice to actually get up and dance with my Mounties!
[in this photo:] Farfalle Alfredo -- > Get that.
Now, I have a date with my 330 practice problems and then my bed. Can't wait to wake up early tomorrow...
